The SW Hotel prides itself on excellent customer service. Our friendly front desk staff is available 24 hours a day to provide recommendations for visitors, book sightseeing tours, and arrange transportation to the airport. You can also enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast served daily in our spacious mezzanine from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and go online with our free wireless internet. A boarding pass station is also available for your convenience in the lobby.

Parking

The SW Hotel offers parking on a first-come, first-serve basis for guests in our underground self-park garage. Parking cannot be reserved or guaranteed prior to check-in. If space is available when you arrive, we charge $35.00 per night, per vehicle with unlimited in/out privileges. Parking expires at 11:00 a.m. regardless of check-in time. The SW Hotel does not prorate parking. Vehicles in the garage after 11:00 a.m. of your check out time will be charged $35.00.

Transportation to the Airport

If you need a ride to the airport, the front desk can arrange a pick-up at the hotel from one of the following: airport shuttle, private transport, or taxi.
